Hi, I’m Liz—a midlife mom of two navigating burnout recovery, hormone shifts, household chaos, and figuring out what “wellness” really means in the real world. Evolver Mind & Body is my personal journal, where I share what’s helped me (and what hasn’t) in the areas of health, self-care, and finding balance.
I’ve spent years researching ways to support my kids’ medical conditions through nutrition and supplements. Along the way, I realized I needed support too—physically, mentally, and emotionally. After being diagnosed with burnout, I had no choice but to pause, reassess, and rebuild my routines from the ground up.
This blog is my space to reflect and offer real, actionable insight—whether it’s skin routines that work for stressed-out skin, time-saving habits that make life more manageable, or the supplements and routines that have actually helped me feel like myself again.
