Hi, I’m Liz, a midlife wellness blogger and mom of two. I write about burnout recovery, hormone shifts, and the chaos of everyday life. I created Evolver Mind & Body as my personal journal. Here I share what has helped me, and what has not, in the areas of health, self-care, and finding balance.
For years I researched ways to support my kids’ medical conditions through nutrition and supplements. Along the way, I realized I needed support too. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. After my burnout diagnosis, I had no choice but to pause, reassess, and rebuild my routines from scratch.
Midlife wellness looks different for everyone. For me, it means finding skin routines that work for stressed-out skin, building time-saving habits that simplify life, and discovering supplements that have actually helped me feel like myselfagain. I share all of it here, the wins and the setbacks.
